At Falcon Plastics, the customer is always our
principal concern. Our number one priority is to ensure customer
requirements are met, and the products we manufacture are of
consistent quality. Falcon's cross-functional work teams assigned to
each project, assure these priorities are accomplished by
maintaining quality support around the clock at each of Falcon's
three facilities. Our Quality Assurance departments are staffed with
experienced personnel dedicated to being the eyes of the customer,
ensuring products are produced according to the customer's
specifications and requests. Inspections are performed 24 hours a
day, seven days a week according to a product specific plan, helping
to achieve accurate results specific to the product vision of the
client.
